Ruth has worked in a hospital setting to rehabilitate patients after falls and neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s.
With a significant rugby background, Ruth provides physical therapy and pitch-side first aid for Garnock RFC and has worked in Wales with the professional rugby side, Dragons RFC, where she developed her skills to align with their high standard.
In addition to working with sports injuries Ruth specialises in neurological rehabilitation of various conditions including stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinsons. With previous experience in an acute stroke ward, Ruth can help you regain as much function and mobility as possible to retrain your body from stroke, allowing you to return to activities that you enjoy.

Teresa initially trained as a nurse and specialised in neurology, neurosurgery and spinal medicine after a post graduate course at Cambridge University Hospital, she held a sisters post in London before returning to university and Graduated with a first class degree in Osteopathy in 1998.
